Based in our Philippines Office, we are looking for a HR & Admin executive with a high level of attention to details, ability to multi-task and well organised. You will be a crucial member of the team by providing people and accounting support to ensure seamless and efficient day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Accounting Responsibilities
- Handle all bank transaction related matters, not limited to: payment, withdraw and others transaction
- Check all invoices, documents to comply with rules and law
- Monitor cash balance and verify related paperwork
- Prepare annual and monthly accounting reports and filings
Office Administration
- Perform clerical duties and provide administrative support to the team
- Perform date entry and maintain proper document filing system
- Run errands such as banking, mailing, purchasing of Office and IT items and deliverance of documents
- Support with office rental related matters
- Manage the procurement process for the office.
- Coordinate all office related administration duties
HR Related Duties
- Work closely with market General Manager and HQ on recruitment needs
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding of new joiners
- Register all necessary insurances, calculations and declarations of employees
- Handle staffs’ insurance and Personal Income Tax, and ensure timely submission for any relevant documentation.
- Payroll administration
- Take care of staff exit and clearance
- Organise employee engagement activities
- Purchase office equipment, IT supplies and snacks for team members
- Support in human resources tasks
Requirements
- Good knowledge and experience in HR labour law and practices
- 1 – 2 years of work experience in accounting / HR
- Good at Google Sheet. Google Word. MS Word & MS Excel skills.
- Possess well written and spoken English
- Possess good communication and soft skills
- Organised and meticulous with details
- Proactive, efficient and able to multi-task
- Able to work independently and under high pressure
- Prior administrative experience is preferred
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field
