You’ll be Motorist Thailand’s brand and content executor — keeping TH social channels running, adapting HQ campaigns for the local market, and creating original content that connects with Thai audiences. You’re equally a brand guardian and a content creator: comfortable working from a brief, making it feel local, and picking up the camera to produce something entirely your own.
BAU content & social media — Execute the TH content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other active channels. Adapt master assets from HQ into Thai and local context, and keep BAU content running consistently and on schedule.
Local content creation — Go beyond localisation. Ideate and produce original TH-market content — short-form videos, social posts, and campaign assets — that reflect local trends, audience behaviour, and market-specific services like sell car, car listings, loans, and insurance. You’re comfortable on camera, and able to handle filming and editing independently.
Campaign execution — Execute HQ-led campaigns end-to-end: adapt creatives, publish across platforms, set up UTM tracking, and report results. High-impact launches go through approval from your team lead before going live.
Creative for paid media — Partner with the Media team to produce ad-ready creative for paid campaigns. Translate briefs into platform-fit assets (short-form video, statics), iterate on variations for testing, and deliver final cuts on spec so the team can run them across paid channels.
Brand performance & growth — Monitor your channel metrics (reach, engagement, traffic) and use the data to improve what you make next. Proactively pitch local creative concepts that could be considered for wider regional use or paid media.
5–10 years of experience in brand, marketing, or content roles, with a track record of managing social channels and executing campaigns end-to-end.
Strong communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English and Thai.
Brand-aware, locally rooted. You understand the Motorist brand and can work within its guidelines — while making content that feels native to Thai culture, language, and trends.
Content creator mindset. You follow trends on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts critically — not just chasing formats, but knowing what works for the Motorist audience. You can write a hook, frame a shot, and cut for retention.
Comfortable on camera and behind it. You can host, present, or go live, and you’re equally at ease operating the camera.
Organised and reliable. You manage a content calendar that balances BAU needs with HQ campaign deadlines, and flag conflicts before they become problems.
Performance-aware. You track views, saves, engagement, and traffic — and use those numbers to shape what you make next. You don’t post and forget.
