Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated SEO Specialist (Thailand) to strengthen our digital presence and drive organic traffic across our platforms.

This is a working-level, hands-on role reporting to a Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate understands how search engines work, keeps up with SEO trends, and is passionate about improving rankings, visibility, and content performance — especially within the Thailand-localised search landscape.

The role requires close collaboration with regional teams, and therefore strong written and conversational English skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Content & On-Page SEO

* Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly articles, blog posts, and landing pages

* Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, user intent, and marketing objectives

* Optimise on-page SEO elements including meta tags, headings, content structure, internal linking, and user experience

* Update and refresh existing content regularly to maintain or improve search rankings

* Maintain a content calendar and meet publishing deadlines


Keyword Research & Strategy

* Conduct keyword research focused on Thailand search behaviour using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar

* Apply keyword clustering and topic modelling to identify ranking opportunities

* Track competitor SEO strategies and benchmark performance


Technical & Off-Page SEO

* Perform technical SEO audits to identify issues related to site performance, indexing, crawlability, schema, and Core Web Vitals

* Support implementation of fixes in collaboration with developers or platform teams

* Develop and support off-page SEO initiatives, including link building and basic digital PR

* Manage and optimise local SEO efforts, including Google Business Profile


Performance Tracking & Reporting

* Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, and SEO health via Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms

* Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights


AI & SEO Innovation

* Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Jasper, SurferSEO, Frase) to assist with content ideation, outlines, optimisation, and speed of production

* Apply AI-assisted SERP analysis, content gap analysis, and optimisation workflows

* Support implementation of AI-generated or AI-assisted content aligned with SEO best practices

Qualifications

* Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related fields

* 1–3 years of SEO or digital marketing experience (fresh graduates with strong practical skills are welcome)

* Fluent in written and conversational English (required for collaboration with regional and HQ teams)

* Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google ranking factors

* Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar

* Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager

* Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Shopify) is an advantage

* Ability to work with Thai-language content (reading required; writing preferred)

* Detail-oriented, analytical, and execution-focused

* Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
