The company is currently seeking individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our sales team. The main responsibility is to coordinate with customers and insurance providers to ensure that we receive the best offers to present to our customers.
Trách Nhiệm
- Provide quotes and coordinate various aspects related to auto insurance.
- Follow up with current customers for insurance policy renewals.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage.
- Negotiate with insurance providers to obtain the best coverage and insurance premiums.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers and customers.
- Prepare reports summarizing work performance and competitor analysis on a regular basis.
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to offer additional services.
- Prepare insurance quotes from insurance providers.
- Prepare reports for meetings, including document management.
Yêu Cầu
- At least 2 years of experience in the auto insurance industry.
- Possession of an insurance agent license.
- Proficiency in using Ms. Office.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Chuyên Môn
- Experience in the auto insurance industry for at least 1-2 years.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Possession of an insurance agent license is necessary.
- Fluency in English communication would be considered a plus.
- Completion of a bachelor's degree.
